How it works
Step 1
Prospective tenants sign up to Housing Hand with their personal details.
Step 2
Housing Hand contacts the accommodation provider to verify their property details.
Step 3
Once the tenant has made their first payment and we've approved their documents through our KYC platform, we'll email you to confirm we're acting as their guarantor.
Step 4
The tenancy can commence and you can track it through our platform.
